Navy Bean Cakes w/ Cilantro Yogurt
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 cups cooked white beans
- Handful shredded cheese
- Paprika
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- Lemon zest for mix juice for cilantro yogurt
STEPS
- Smash the cooked white beans
- Grate lemon zest
- Add cheese and breadcrumbs
- Sprinkle paprika
- Add the egg and mix together
- Season with salt and pepper
- Form small patties
- You can bake at 350 for 10 minutes each side or fry
