Navy Bean Cakes w/ Cilantro Yogurt


  • 1.5 cups cooked white beans
  • Handful shredded cheese
  • Paprika
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • Lemon zest for mix juice for cilantro yogurt


  • Smash the cooked white beans
  • Grate lemon zest
  • Add cheese and breadcrumbs
  • Sprinkle paprika
  • Add the egg and mix together
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Form small patties
  • You can bake at 350 for 10 minutes each side or fry

Cilantro Yogurt

  • Blend yogurt, cilantro, lemon juice and salt
